Dear Sir/Madam,

May I introduce my accommodation facility for non-smokers in Cheshire. My house is situated two miles from Junction 17 of the M6. It is 3/4hr from Manchester, 35 minutes from Chester and 25 minutes from Knutsford, so is ideally located, being easily accessible to main towns in Cheshire.

I have a single room in a stylish, restful, newly-decorated and carpeted house, tastefully furnished with antiques and original paintings and prints. A happy, warm atmosphere prevails. There is a large conservatory with dining facilities overlooking the private secluded garden. As I am a writer, there is a library with a large selection of books.

I am an excellent cook and food is freshly prepared from local produce including free range and organic. My fees are £38 for Bed & Breakfast per night and I will be pleased to offer Dinner at £10 by arrangement.

In the past I have had professional musicians, actors and business people as guests so please do not hesitate to contact me so I may assist you further.
